Thanks to everyone involved, I’m happy to report that the mock meet was a success! 49 kids swam and got times in most if not all of their events. Parents and guardians stepped up and filled the volunteer roles we needed for the event. Lots of smiles, cheers, and positive vibes all around. Thank you team for making it happen!

Next week we’re hosting Devereaux for our first official meet. To make it a great experience for everyone, we’re going to need more volunteers and every kid declared for the meet by this Saturday (6/11) by noon. It will be much more difficult to add kids on the fly for the next meet. So if you plan on being there, please declare them ASAP. Failure to declare your athletes by Saturday at noon will put them at risk of not being able to swim in the meet. If you need help, let us know!

A few other quick announcements:

• Download the swimtopia app to keep up with meet results, get push notifications, manage your athlete’s meet declarations and more.
• Go here to get team photos. Lindsay will email everyone that signed up for individual photos.
• Get your team shirts here. Production and shipping times are longer than normal, so order these quickly. Remember a portion of each purchase goes back to the team!
• Sign up to volunteer for the next meet ASAP so we can plan accordingly. We updated volunteer positions, so if you already signed up for the 6/14 meet, your sign up may have been deleted. Please double check your entry and sign up again if need be. Apologies for the inconvenience.
• A parent offered to donate a boy's size 28 suit that’s only been worn once, to a good home. If you’re interested, let us know!

If you need to let us know your athlete is sick and can’t compete or if you have any questions, email [email protected]. This email will go to all of the board members.
