For the meet this Wednesday (7/18/23):

• The Eagle Ridge pool is located at 340 Competition Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603.
• The pool is 6 lanes 25 yards with fixed regulation-sized blocks.
• Visiting team warm-ups start at 5:30pm, the first event starts at 6:00pm. Please ensure each swimmer's number is easily visible on their arm prior to the meet.
• They have lights for the meet, so we may be swimming past dusk depending on how quickly the meet goes.
• They use the Dolphin Timing System and run the meets with 2 timers per lane. They will provide 6 timers and will need 6 timers from our team as well.
• Parking - they have a main pool parking lot that can be used for our swim club. If the parking lot is full, please only use the poolside of the road to park. We encourage our club to use other options for parking adjacent to the road you will come in on.
• Walking into the pool area, our club will have the right side of the pool near the concessions area. They will try and maintain the left side. They are trying hard to encourage parents to not encroach on your area and also stay out of the area where clerks are trying to get children into position.
• Concessions - They take cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Cards via Square. They will have 10" pizzas (cheese and pepperoni), hot dogs, walking tacos, chips, cookies, and candy. Water and Gatorade for drinks.
• They will also have Sunset Slush Italian Ice which also takes cash, Venmo, and Credit Card via Square.
• We need at least two more timers, two Kid Pushers, and one S&T judge. Please go to the event page and sign up if you are able.
