Hello Dolphins families!  

Your kids should be checked in for Tuesday’s mock meet by now.  If not, get them declared ASAP as the heat sheets will be finalized this weekend.  

We have a number of volunteer spots filled, but still need more timers, kid pushers, clerk of course, and a check in role.  Please take a look at the sign up page.  If we fill all the volunteer spots before the meet it will make for a smoother meet.   

Arrival and check in is at 5 pm.  Team picture will be at 5:15.  Individual pics and warm ups will follow the team photo.  If your swimmer wants an individual photo with dry hair, make they check in with Sam Ray before they start warm ups.   

The meet start time will be a little later than a normal head to head meets to accommodate pictures.  We should start by 6:30, possibly sooner depending on pictures and warmups.
