The start of the season is just around the corner!

Parents meeting will start at 7:00 pm where we’ll welcome new families, go over what to expect for the season, and share helpful resources on the website like

It’s not too early to get your athlete outfitted with team gear. Team swim suits can be purchased at: https://www.swimoutlet.com/collections/garnerdolphins. If you prefer to have your athlete try on a suit and purchase in person, All American Swim in Cary is a great option. Team shirts and swim caps will be available in the next week or two. One latex swim cap is included with your swimmer’s registration. We will also have a pink silicone cap for sale as well.

Last year, we implemented the TimeDrops timing system which was a resounding success! This made timing much easier, accurate, and transparent! 

In addition to timers, we have lots of opportunities for volunteers this summer. You can learn more about the positions here: https://garner.swimtopia.com/volunteer-positions. We would like to have a group of people trained for all of the volunteer positions, including Stroke and Turn judges, Starters, Meet Administrators, and Clerk of Course. We have some experienced folks in these roles you can learn the ropes from. The commitment will be for roughly half of the meets (3) and an hour training session. If you're interested in these roles, don't hesitate to reach out to learn more. Thank you in advance for your support.
